Bullard, often described as the “father of environmental justice” and currently a distinguished professor of urban planning and environmental policy at Texas Southern University in Houston, was named one of the 22 Climate Trailblazers just ahead of the Global Climate Action Summit to be held in San Francisco September 12-14, 2018.
